Evaluation Methods Used
A combination of manual evaluation, targeted assistive technology testing, and automated scanning was used to assess Datapeak’s conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA. Manual testing covered keyboard navigation, interactive components, ARIA usage, color contrast, reading order, focus management, and the structure of dynamically rendered elements across approximately 30 pages and 90 modals representing key user workflows. Compatibility testing was performed using Narrator with Chrome to verify screen reader reading order, alternative text, and expected announcements. Automated analysis was performed primarily using the IBM Equal Access Accessibility Checker within Chrome DevTools, with supplementary checks using axe DevTools, to identify detectable code‑level issues that were then manually reviewed for accuracy and user impact. Testing occurred on current Windows environments with up‑to‑date browsers under standard user settings to reflect real‑world use.
Applicable Standards/Guidelines
This report covers the degree of conformance for the following accessibility standard/guidelines:
- Table 1: Success Criteria, Level A
- Table 2: Success Criteria, Level AA
- Table 3: Success Criteria, Level AAA
Terms
The terms used in the Conformance Level information are defined as follows:
Supports: The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects or meets with equivalent facilitation.
Partially Supports: Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion.
Does Not Support: The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion.
Not Applicable: The criterion is not relevant to the product.
Not Evaluated: The product has not been evaluated against the criterion. This can be used only in WCAG 2.x Level AAA.
WCAG 2.1 Report
Table 1: Success Criteria, Level A
Notes:
The web application demonstrates broad alignment with Level A accessibility expectations, with foundational accessibility behaviors implemented across most core interfaces. The current evaluation identified a small number of Level A gaps-primarily related to keyboard navigation, focus management, and error announcement behavior reflecting partial support in those areas. Overall, the system shows substantial conformance with Level A requirements and ongoing improvement toward full accessibility.
Table 2: Success Criteria, Level AA
Notes:
The web application shows solid alignment with Level AA accessibility expectations across most evaluated areas, with key visual, structural, and interactive behaviors generally implemented as required. A small number of Level AA issues were identified primarily related to focus visibility and the clarity of focus states in complex interactive components resulting in partial support for those criteria. Overall, the system demonstrates substantial progress toward Level AA conformance and continued improvements are underway.
