In this role, you will be at the heart of that growth, helping steward new developments from pre-launch to stabilization while supporting the performance of legacy assets.
As the Asset Manager, you will collaborate closely with owners, property management teams, leasing partners and internal marketing experts. You will play a key role in leasing strategy, financial analysis, onboarding new buildings and coordinating launch activities. Your Responsibilities
You’ll oversee the performance of a diversified residential portfolio, focusing on leasing momentum, financial strength and long-term value.
You’ll lead financial analysis, pulling insights from statements, identifying anomalies and preparing clear reporting for senior leadership.
You’ll support the launch of new buildings by coordinating with property management, leasing partners, suppliers and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
You’ll conduct quarterly on-site property reviews and transform market research into presentations that inform asset strategy.
You’ll collaborate with accounting and property managers on annual budgets, re-forecasts and ongoing capital and maintenance planning.
You’ll contribute to asset strategy development by aligning operational decisions with market trends, competitive positioning and long-term portfolio goals.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in real estate, ideally in asset management, leasing management, property operations or a related function.
Strong financial acumen, including financial modelling, variance analysis and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience working directly with service providers, property managers or leasing teams, including exposure to lease-ups.
Ability to translate complex financial or market data into clear, layman-friendly insights for presentations.
Confident communicator with strong executive presence, able to contribute meaningfully in monthly leadership discussions.
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, able to manage volume, shift priorities and drive deliverables forward.

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using OpenAI’s LLMs and other relevant models
